Our Team

Simona holds the position of CEO at Trigal and serves as a Board Member of Trigal GP. She has dedicated a significant portion of her career to various roles within Triglav Insurance Company, with her most recent assignment involving a restructuring and real estate project in Nama Company. Additionally, she has provided her expertise as a non-executive director for several Slovenian companies. Simona’s academic background includes a master’s degree in economics from the University of Ljubljana.

Primož is responsible for project appraisal, valuation and financial modelling. He joined Trigal from PwC where he worked as a Manager in M&A department. He was responsible for managing financial due diligence and valuation projects. Primož is a CFA charterholder and a Certified business appraiser at Slovene Institute of Auditors. He holds a Master‘s degree in Financial Management from University of Ljubljana.

Mirko is Trigal’s Asset Manager. He joined Trigal from Centrice Real Estate Ljubljana where he worked as an asset manager for office and retail portfolio. He has more than 10 years’ experience in real estate management. Before Centrice Mirko worked at Addiko bank Slovenia, responsible for bank’s real estate portfolio. Mirko holds a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Ljubljana.

Katja is responsible for sales strategies, product development and attracting new investors. Previously, she worked as a Senior Relationship Manager for Large Corporates at banks Nova KBM and Sberbank. Katja holds a Master’s degree in Bank and Financial Management from the University of Ljubljana and spent one semester at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Katja is a CFA chartholder.

Aleksandra is responsible for sales strategies, product development and attracting new investors. Previously, she worked as a Senior Relationship Manager for Large Corporates and the Public Sector at Abanka and Nova KBM banks. Additionally, she acquired valuable experience as a teaching assistant for business economics at the University of Ljubljana, School of Economics and Business. Aleksandra holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in Finance, from the University of Ljubljana. She further enhanced her education by spending a semester at EDHEC Business School in Nice, France.

Karmen is Trigal`s Finance and Accounting Specialist. Prior to this role she gained extensive experience at Triglav Insurance Company as a Senior Officer for financial instruments and at Ilirika as Internal auditor. She holds a Master`s degree in Accounting and Auditing from the University of Ljubljana. Throughout her studies, she worked at DARS in the Finance and Accounting department.

Maja is a Principal at the Law Firm FaturMenard. Previously a partner with the Slovenian law firm Ulčar & Partners and an associate with Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in France, Maja holds a PhD and a Master’s degree from the University of Paris Ouest and a Law degree from the University of Ljubljana. Her fields of expertise include corporate law, investment funds, competition law, EU law and domestic and international dispute resolution.

Tina has been with Trigal since its establishment, when she assisted in setting up the company and structuring its internal processes. Before joining Trigal, she worked at the Slovenian Ministry of Finance and at the Slovenian Sovereign Holding as an office manager.
