TRIGAL Alternative Investment Fund closed its fourth investment in real estate and increased the assets under management to EUR 67 million. The new investment, Point shopping center in Zagreb, Croatia, represents a modern shopping mall, located in the Vrbani residential district in the proximity of Lake Jarun. The center is occupied by 37 tenants and comprises 37,649 m2 of gross built area.
